If you added a user in the Flex platform via Settings > Admin area > Users (see article Flex: Admin area) but see nothing in Sales person in Winner Flex desktop app, the most likely reason is:
You haven't added the initials of the user inside Setting > Users on the Flex Platform. If you ensure you do this the user will appear in Salesperson.
