How to download, install and activate Winner Flex or Winner Design from an .ISO file

• Go to the Flex Platform at:
  http://flex.cloud
  
  
• Sign in with your Compusoft credentials.
  
  
• Flex customers select the Settings cog at the bottom of the left hand menu bar and then under Customer Portal select Products download. 
  
  
• Select Winner Design (iso) and click the Download button.  
  

Click the instructions for the browser you are using or, if you have already downloaded the file, go to Installing using the .ISO file. 

 

• Once you have clicked the Download button you will see the progress of the download at the top-right. You can also see the progress on the Microsoft Edge icon, on the task bar at the bottom of your screen.
  
  
• Once complete click the download icon  and hover over the file name then select Open.
  
  
• Go to Installing using the .ISO file.
  
  

• Once you have clicked the Download button you will see the progress of the download at the bottom left.  You can also see the progress on the Google icon, on the task bar at the bottom of your screen.
  
  
  
  
• Once complete click the little arrow next to the Winner iso file and select Open.
  
  
• Go to Installing using the .ISO file.
  
  

• Once you have clicked the Download button, you will see the progress of the download at the top right   
  You can also see the progress on the Firefox icon, on the task bar at the bottom of your screen.
  
  
• Once complete click on the download icon   hover over the file name and click Open.
  
  
• Go to Installing using the .ISO file.
  
  

IMPORTANT: In some cases a third party software may try to open the ISO file. In these instances you will need to:
If you are on Windows 10 - right click the downloaded file and select open with Windows Explorer this will mount the virtual DVD drive.
If you are on Windows 11 - right click the downloaded file and and select Mount. 

• When you Open the file, you will see a virtual DVD drive called Winner on your PC, click on the SETUP.exe file within this.
  
  Note: During the installation, Windows security questions may appear. If prompted with a protection message, click More info then Run anyway.
  
  
  
  Note! Winner Design users should also see article User rights for Winner Design.
  
  
• This will launch the installation wizard and here the most important settings that must be chosen are:
  the language and country
  the destination directory
  Note: the default installation directory is C:\Winner
  
  
• Click Next until you can click Finish at the end.
  
  
• If you wish to remove the virtual DVD drive from your PC afterwards then right-click on the drive and select Eject.
  
  
• The next step is to ensure you have the correct desktop icon installed, go to Desktop icons.
  
  

For Flex users the Winner Flex desktop shortcut will appear automatically following installation of the product. If the shortcut does not appear please follow the steps below. 

For Winner Design (legacy) users follow instructions below to place the Winner shortcut icon on your desktop:

1. Navigate to where Winner is installed, usually C:\Winner.
   
   
2. Open the file path: Winner > BIN and look in the list for Winner or Winner Flex (the icon). 
   
   
3. Select and then right click on the icon and select Send to.
   
   
4. Select Desktop (create shortcut)
   
   
5. The Winner Design icon will now be on your desktop, if you do not have Flex you may wish to delete this shortcut from your desktop to avoid confusion.
   
   To activate your license go to Activation of the product. 
   
   

Depending on the license type you have received from us, when starting Winner for the first time, you have to choose what activation method you want to use.

• If you have received a username and password from us, tick Named user field and then on Log in.
• If you have received a validation key, tick validation key and paste your key.
• If you have an USB dongle inserted, your product will automatically be activated and the window won't appear.

Note! Region setting

Customers in the following regions may need to access the Download parameters to update the Region:

• Australian and Pacific
• South Africa
