In Showcase Inspire you have the option, to easily access an activity log, that shows you every change that a member from your team or company made.
NOTE: The Event Log function is not available to Showcase Collaborate users.
Please follow as described:
- Click on the Showcase icon at project level:
- Click on Settings.
- Select the option Event Log.
Note: This log will not be accessible to non-administrator users. - There is a filter icon at the top right, this can be used to narrow down the list.
You will now you get an overview about any changes that were made by a colleague from your company, for example, publishing or unpublishing or sending more information to the customer.
