Simplified macros interface
Creating macros has long been a feature in Winner. With the new catalogue browser it was evident that we can make the creation of a macro even more streamlined for you. We have introduced a new window when you use the catalogue browser so you can keep it simple with a code or add further information to it using the more details button. This gives you multiple options that can save time later under the two tabs Product and Quotation and Prices. For more information on Macros click here.
Performance updates to speed of catalogue browser
To help you work more efficiently we have made some updates to improve the processes within the catalogue browser. Improvements include faster loading of thumbnail images and more rapid data entry into search fields. You can expect additional speed improvements in upcoming updates.
Filter on your favourite materials from the top level folder
Earlier this year we added the functionality to add a favourite tag to your most used items in the materials library. We have further improved this experience by showing all of your selected items when you select the top level folder and then apply the Show Favourites filter.
New keyboard shortcut when using the catalogue browser
Using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Tab in the plan view, perspective view or front elevation, the focus will switch to the catalogue browser. Using these keys in the catalogue browser enables you to quickly switch between category tabs. For more information on keyboard shortcuts click here.
Always see your cursor placement
With the addition of the new catalogue browser the cursor placement became hidden on a different tab. Based on your feedback we have added a new field to the plan view. The cursor position will now be displayed at the bottom of the plan. This feature allows for more precise designing by showing the distance to the wall and the distance to the next object relative to the cursor. Update to the UI/UX on the Model/Price information window
After the update to this window in version 12.5a4 we received feedback on your user experience and although the window was simplified it was leaving out valuable information. In this update you will see the revised information including the quantity and a total price.
File name suggestion includes the wall numbering when saving an elevation view
Previously, when saving or exporting an Elevation view, the suggested file name did not correspond to the specific wall number associated with that view. With the latest update, this issue has been addressed so that the suggested file name now includes the correct wall number. This enhancement ensures better clarity and consistency when managing and identifying exported elevation views, making the workflow more efficient and user-friendly.

Performance updates to speed of the software
We’ve been paying close attention to your feedback and have made some updates to help you work more efficiently. We have improved the performance speed of both the software loading and the saving of a design when closed. You can expect additional speed improvements in upcoming updates.
New Company and Shop settings
Set the decimal separator for numerical data displayed on Flex. Additionally format how to display dates and times. This can be set at a Company and Shop level.
New KPI widget to show the value of Projects in the pipeline
Available under the option Configure Dashboard you can now add a widget which will show you the total value, margin in currency and a percentage figure for profit. The widget will use the designs that have been marked as the preferred design and have a status set as quotation sent. In addition to this the Design Details must have the field Expected Contract populated with a future date.
Open the corresponding Report from the KPI widget
If a detailed report is available for a KPI you can click on the more options icon and select Open Report and Flex will launch the Report for you to have a more detailed look behind the headline figures.
