The sidebar is opened by clicking the arrow at the right-hand side of the project board screen The following functions can be performed using the Project Board sidebar:
- Amend project details
- Change the project status
- Change salesperson and or designer
- Enter a customer's budgeted value
- Enter the contract probability and expected date or identify it as lost
- Identify a design as a favorite
- View project details and open, duplicate, delete or archive it

View design details and open, duplicate, delete, restore or add a design
Amend Project details
The project name, customer salesperson and designer can be edited in the sidebar as follows:
- To edit a project select it in the board then open the sidebar.

Click on the Details tab, you can now:
- Type an amendment to the project name.
- Click on the contact icon and change the contact from the existing list or create a new contact.
- Change the salesperson and or designer by using the drop-down lists.
- Display delivery address
Change the project status
- Select the project in the platform and click the blue arrow icon on the right of the screen this opens the sidebar where you can view the Designs.
- Click on the status displayed in the top right of the sidebar.
- Select the required status.
Sales information
- Open the sidebar and go to the Details tab.
- Scroll down to the Sales Information section.
- Here you can enter the budgeted value, contract probability and expected contract date. You can also identify when a project has been lost.

If you enter a budgeted value this information is shown on the top of each status allowing you to view the value of projects at each stage against the budget the customer has set.
Note: If the design amount is more than the budget amount the figure will be shown in red.
Identify a favourite design for use in the statistics
This will enable the customer's favourite design to be used in forecasts and statistics.
- Open the sidebar and go to the Designs tab.
- All designs within the project will be listed here to identify one as a favourite click the star icon beside it
NOTE: Only one design per Space can be selected.
View history of statuses
- To see the history of project statuses open the sidebar and click the
icon at the top right.
- To see the history of a design status click the circle under the Status column.
View design details
This displays the names and values of each alternative under the space titles. You can track the status of each design using the coloured symbols next to each alternative. These indicate the stage at which the alternative is at. For more information on this click here.

This displays the information regarding:
